I don't really know the reason why I came here, but I didn't start out editing in here; I started editing in a related but different website called Fandom. I still edit on both websites. Wikipedia has provided me with crucial knowledge, especially COVID-19. I generally edit less in Wikipedia than in Fandom, due to the complexity of editing in Wikipedia, as well as rules and guidelines that are more complex.
The former name "TeamMateMedia" (which was used from November 2021 to January 2022) was considered promotional which led to an indefinite block on 22 January 2022. Prior to the block, I was unaware of Wikipedia's username policy. Initially, I requested 2 name changes, both of which were rejected. One of which was due to the initial requested name (Tmm1014) including an acronym and random numbers, which didn't solve the problem.
On 26 January 2022, I filed a third name request, this time changing the name to "TheArchivistMan", which included a longer reason for why, including the fact that I was unaware of username policy on Wikipedia. Fortunately though, the name "TeamMateMedia" was renamed to "TheArchivistMan", and as a result, I was finally unblocked.
