USC Roski School of Fine Arts (SOFA) was founded in 1883 and is the oldest art school in Southern California which operates under the aegis of the University of Southern California, a private, not-for-profit, nonsectarian university founded in 1880. The school, located in Downtown Los Angeles campus, offers Graduate and Undergraduate degrees across the disciplines of studio art, design, curatorial practice, critical studies, and art history. The campus location for the school is Watt Hall 104, University Park Campus.
Distinguished alumni from the school include Art Clokey, James Grant, Ken Mora, Kenneth Price, Marvin Saltzman, Delmer J. Yoakum
