These are the templates that I will hopefully use for reverting vandalism. If implemented, the Template namespace will be Template:RRV1, RRV2, etc. for "Russian Revert Vandalism (severeness here)"

Level 1 (where I assume good faith):

Hello, fellow comrade. I am ThatRusskiiGuy. If this is your first time here, then welcome. I am letting you know that I have reverted your edits because they did not appear constructive to me. I am assuming good faith here. If you wish to do test editing, then please go to the Sandbox. Thank you.

Level 2 (where I ask that you stop):

Fellow comrade, I am asking that you please stop your disruptive editing. It is getting annoying. If you need to do test editing, then I ask that you please use the Sandbox. I will be forced to implement additional measures if you do not stop. Thank you.

Level 3 (where I am irritated and annoyed at you):

Comrade, please stop your disruptive editing. I have become very impatient with you. If you do not stop, I will be forced to report you to the admins. Your editing rights may be revoked if you do not stop.

Level 4 (where I am reporting you to admins):

Comrade, you have taken this too far. Therefore, I am forced to report you to the admins. Your editing rights are likely to be revoked. This is your last warning.
