Lynn D. Dierking
Lynn Diane Dierking is a Sea Grant Professor in Free-Choice Learning, Science & Mathematics Education in the College of Science at Oregon State University.[1] She is also the Associate Dean for Research in the College of Education at Oregon State University. Dierking is most known for research on “free-choice learning” and “lifelong learning.”[2] She has been active in the museum and the education field since the 1980s, making great contributions like The Museum Experience[3], published originally in 1992 with longtime work partner John Falk. She has continued to make important contributions to the museum education field.
