Justin Fevrier (born 11th October 1987) is a former semi-professional footballer and current non-league football manager in England. Known for his tactical acumen and player development skills, Fevrier has managed several clubs across the English non-league pyramid, including Chipstead FC, assistant to Paul Barnes at Hastings United, and Corinthian Casuals. His coaching career highlights include revitalizing underperforming teams and advancing players into professional environments. Fevrier holds a UEFA B License and has a background in Sports Psychology. As a manager, he is recognized for building cohesive teams and working with clubs with budget constraints. Fevrier has strong ties to the Dominican National team and has been called up twice for his country.
Managerial career
[edit]Following his time as a semi-professional footballer, Justin Fevrier transitioned into management, establishing a notable career within England’s non-league football scene. He began as First Team Manager at Lewisham Borough Community Football Club (2018-2019), where he is credited with leading the club to a record-breaking season. Moving through roles at clubs like South Park Football Club (2019-2022) where he recruited the likes of Bas Savage, nodirbek bobomurodov and Ashley Paul Robinson and Haywards Heath Town (2022), he gained a reputation for his focus on player development and helped guided the team as assistant manager to the Isthmian South East Play off Semi Finals
In 2022, Fevrier became First Team Manager at Corinthian Casuals Football Club in the Isthmian League Premier. Tasked with reviving a struggling team, he led them from 22nd position to within reach of safety, achieving results against top teams despite budget constraints however, was sacked with a few games spare before confirmed relegation. Fevrier, provided a platform for AFC Wimbledon loanee Morgan Williams (footballer, born 1999) to gain valuable game time which contributed to his current success as a EFL League One player. His success continued as Assistant Manager at Hastings United FC (2023), where he contributed to a 10-match unbeaten streak a the start of the season.
