Heinz D. Wanzenboeck is a researcher in the field of nanotechnology at Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) [1].
He is heading an interdisciplinary research group at the Institute for Solid State Electronics and is an adjunct researcher at the Center for Micro and Nanostructuring at the Vienna University of Technology. His research topics are:
- Direct-write nanofabrication with a focused electron beam
- Fabrication of 3-dimensional Nanostructures and replication by Nanoimprint lithography
- Electrophysiology of epithelial cell cultures and of neuronal cell cultures on a microchip.
