Why must we speak as though we reside in a world of Shakespearean literature, whenever we compose statements regarding legality? It seems quite unnecessary to me that we must exercise such flamboyant vocabulary and grammar when several thousand years of linguistic evolution has led us to much simpler and more accessible speech. In layman's terms; "why do we have to write legal emails like shakespeare? its stupid cuz we have slang n stuff"
