I was born in 1968 in Paris, France.

I graduated from the Epita institute in Paris, obtaining a Masters degree in Software Engineering in 1993. I settled in Namibia in 1994. I was the founding IT Director of the Polytechnic of Namibia in 1995, and I am still holding that position today.

I am married with two kids and we live in Namibia's capital city, Windhoek.
