Megadodo Publications Foundation is pleased to welcome our newest staff member, Tarastar42, who will serve as Head of Office Administration at our headquarters on Ursa Minor Beta. In addition to rousting grubby hitchhikers from the lobby and maintaining Megadodo's revolutionary Artifical Universe Technology, Tarastar42's duties will include providing executive support to CEO Zarniwoop Vann Harl, just as soon as he completes his in-office intergalactic cruise. In her spare time, Tarastar42 enjoys being a roving researcher and freelance editor for Megadodo's flagship publication, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, because although it contains much which is apocryphal, or at least wildly inaccurate, she still considers it to be a wholly remarkable book. She understands that we have no intention of paying her for the editing bit, so don't bother to blame us if she blows something up.
!! UPDATE: FEBRUARY 20, 2011 !! Megadodo Publications Foundation is pleased to announce the resignation of staff member Tarastar42, who decided she needed to work closer to her own galaxy, perhaps at a job that didn't make her feel as if her brain was being bashed in with a lemon wrapped around a large gold brick. As she left, she was muttering something about needing to find her towel, and something else that sounded like "Here I am, brain the size of a planet, and they ask ME to...."
The motto of the AIW is conservata veritate, which translates to "with the preserved truth".
This motto reflects the inclusionist desire to change Wikipedia only when no knowledge would be lost as a result.
