These IP addresses are for the OzEmail proxy server. I am unable to trace back through the porxy logs to find the customer. The only option would be to block the proxy server range 203.166.96.231 to 203.166.96.240 to stop this happening. Most of our customer don't use the proxy server so there should not be too much impact.
