Tinpaini is a place, located in Morang District. In 2017, Sundar Haraicha Metropolitan City was expanded by incorporating Tinpaini as Ward No. 5,6 (previously 5,6). It encompasses 25 hectares and is bounded by the Suryadaya Tole in the east and south, the Srijana Tola in the west, and share borders with Devithan in the north, Jharna Badha of almost all homes in the ward have access to electricity, but the same cannot be said about drinking water. At the time of the 1996 Nepal census it had a population of 518 and had 485 households in it.[1] The ward contains 485 households. The population in 2018 was 510.
