Dianne Kosto, SCN (/da͡ɪˈan/; /ˈko̞s̠t̪o̞/; Born on January 13, 1970, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania) is the CEO and Founder of SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training. In addition to overseeing her multiple locations that provide neurofeedback services over the past 10 years, Dianne was the Executive Director of Training, (and only trainer) for another neurofeedback company for over 5 years, provided clinical and technical support as well, she was an approved instructor for Bridgeport College’s CEC and Certificate Course for Chiropractors in Advanced qEEG courses. Dianne has mentored and consulted for neurofeedback providers across the continent in a variety of professions for over 8 years and continues to do so as part of SYMMETRY’s SAGE Advisors division. Several times, Dianne has presented for COSY, an organization in Beaufort County SC, that provides continuing education credits for Counselors, Social Workers and mental health professionals in that and several neighboring counties. Dianne presents to various continuing education conferences across the USA, including NATSAP ( National Association for Therapeutic Schools and Programs), Attach.org, Creating Trauma Sensitive Schools of (ATN) Attach and Trauma Network, SC Counseling Association, Outdoor Behavioral Health Conference, and more.  She had passed her BCIA Board Certification requirements in 2014, New Mind Expert Neurofeedback Certification 2019, and is continuing to develop and expand Neurofeedback Certification courses and training for providers through the SYMMETRY Academy.

A "Mom on a Mission" During a saga to help her son, Dianne Kosto was introduced to the science of neurofeedback and has since been on a mission to share this drugless, painless, noninvasive modality that she believes saved her son's life.

• Upon receiving my certified Neurofeedback Technician course I obtained a neurofeedback system and procured a location at a private Christian School in Utah, at which I set up a neurofeedback clinic.  I proceeded to serve over 500 students and staff with neurofeedback since.  I held educational classes there with parents to explain the neurofeedback concepts and therapy, and trained a department of staff at the school to run the neurofeedback clinic and sessions.  I continue to manage the clinic including all of the diagnostic and technical support from a distance and periodically appear for further training of staff regarding the program.
