Dr. Suveen Kumar currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Medical Devices at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research-Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India). He is working in the field of Biosensors and for this, he is exploring various diseases (like Cardiovascular diseases, Oral Cancer and Liver Cancer, metal stress determination etc) as well as nanomaterials (Both carbonaceous as well as non-carbonaceous nanomaterials). Before joining NIPER-Ahmedabad, He served more than five years as faculty at Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi and one year Postdoctoral research associate at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, Ulsan, Republic of Korea. He did his Ph.D. in 2017 from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India. Till date he has successfully guided 02 Ph.D. and more than 15 MS students. Currently in his research, more than 12 students working to explore and fabricate Biosensing devices for various disease diagnosis. He has published more than 42 research/review articles with more than 2030 citations, h-index: 20, i10-index: 26.
