About Me
[edit]Sunniva "Sunny" Zúñiga is a 23-year-old artist and paraprofessional living in Colorado. They are currently an elementary education major in the process of earning their Bachelor's Degree - projected graduation date is May 2026!
Okay, I don't want to keep typing like that... Between school and work, I am a very busy person and often don't have the energy for many things. I will try to be active on here, but activity may be sporadic. Outside of work, I love to play video games - especially Nintendo games like Splatoon 3 and Mario Kart 8. I have three dogs. I am closest to my dog Bear. He's a 11 year old chihuahua-Italian Greyhound mix. I also have Kai, who is a 9-year-old pitbull-black lab mix. Finally, I got a Rottweiler named Tonka in February 2024, who is 10 months old.
I specifically work with special needs children. Although my job can be very demanding and exhausting, it is also very rewarding. As someone who is autistic and did not have this kind of support when I was in school, I am very happy that I can make a difference in my students' lives.
