Toby L. Ross is an American film director, producer and cinematographer who has made commercials and promoted the motion picture industry industry in Florida for the past 40 years. He has produced and directed over 650 commercials, 100 sales and documentary films, seven (7) one hour specials for television and two feature length films. Revenge is my Destiny was one of his feature length films. [1]

As a cinematographer, Toby Ross worked for NFL Films for 33 years, filming pro and college football, baseball, golf, soccer, horse racing, auto racing and basketball.[2]During this period, Toby Ross won more national awards than anyone to date in Florida. He has won Clios [3], Addys[4], and a Cine Golden Eagle[5].

An active of his community and state, Toby Ross served as a senior member of the State of Florida Motion Picture and Television Advisory Council[6], serving from 1977 to 1993. He also served as Chairman of this body under four different govenors. Toby Ross is the founder and past president of the Florida Producers Association and served on the board of the Florida Advertising Federation.

Toby Ross founded the motion picture and television on the job training program for the state of Florida as well as the summer jobs and training program for underprivileged and minority students in Miami-Dade County, and was one of the founders of the state's graduate film school in Sarasota. Toby Ross has conducted film and television seminars at several of the state's universities.[7]

For the past 16 year, Toby Ross has been filming many types of marine animals at the Miami Seaquarium. He serves as liason for film makers and television networks wishing to us film in the marine park.
