The J/27 was overall winner of the MORC Internationals and another J- the J/29- won Class A.
The J/35 is 1st Overall MHS (precursor to the IMS Handicap rule system) in the Chicago - Mackinac Race.
J/41's get a 1-2-3 sweep of the One Ton North Americans and also in the IOR One Ton Class in the Storm Trysail Club famous Bermuda Race—a perenial favorite amongst sailors who wish to race offshore sailboats in very challenging sailing conditions from Newport, Rhode Island to Hamilton, Bermuda. The J/41 was J/Boats answer for "grand prix" racers who wished to compete in the International One Ton Cup and also international sailing events like Cowes Week and the Admiral's Cups in England.
