He started his primary schooling career in Jalasarapur Upper Primery School situated in the rural revenue village of Jalasarapur of Khanditar. He took admission in Class-I in the year of 1969, while he was 7 years old. His family was not so educated, rather depending upon the teachers of the school. What Sri Tiadi says & remember, Sh. Banamali Nayak & Shyam Sunder Panda were the head masters of the said Upper Primery school during his schooling period there respectively. His other teachers were Ms.Kamini, Miss Lulu, Mr. Bishnu Mohan Panda, Mr. Babaji Charan, Mr. Nilamani Panda as he remembers. He was a scholar student and in class-III, he was selected for scholarship examination, but did not succeed due to agricultural work of their lands. He was laboring in the agricultural land regularly from his childhood. His father was living in Calcutta and doing business there and no body was to look after his study properly. He had high hope in his life. His mother was also not educated at all, and did not give importance in his study life. From the age of 7 he was also engaged in the agricultural work like giving water in the brinjal plants, tomato plants and others. He was also showing paddy in the fields during the appropriate seasons of paddy cultivation. In the age of 13, and passing Class-V,he took admission in a Middle English School know as Hadibandhu Bidya Pitha. During his ME School life, Sh. Kalandi Charan Samal was his Head Master. The other teachers were Banamali Swain and Jagabandhu Samal. He likes all his teachers always and respect them highly. He passed high ME School and took admission in the adjacent High School know as Khanditar High School and continued there up to eleventh(11) class. He was 18 years old at that time. Due to lack of cooperation and proper guide lines from family, he could not be good students, though his teachers told him as talented and meritorious. During his study at Khanditar High School, Smt. Not only cultivation, in most of his leisure time he was operating their rice mill of her mother located adjacent to the National High Way No.5, which is now in the name of this elder brother. The aim of Sh. Sambhunath Tiadi was to be an Indian Administrative Service(IAS) Officer. After passing the eleventh class examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education,Orissa,Cuttack,in third division and due to low marks, he took admission in the newly opened college known as Upendra Nath Sarada Mahavidyalaya( UNS College )in Intermediate in Arts (IA)located in the village of Mugupal, hardly 4 to 5 kilometers distance from his native village. He was using his father's bicycle for going to the college, which was very old. Still he was ambitious. The financial conditions of his family was not so good during that time, and also due to extra family burdens. He studied their for two years in the subjects of History, economics, political science and passed during 1982. His father was expired during his study at UNS College, it was a pathetic period for him to continue his study further. Most of the times he engaged himself in landed proerties for cultivating the land as well as to operate the Rice Mill for maintenance of the family members.

It was not known to him, and at a latter date it came to the notice that is after retirement from service. Sri Tiadi not take interest to modify the date of birth, and mention the date of birth of 16th May 1963 in every correspondence,PAN card, election record and in every document including in the Passport application form also. When, he came to know that the date of birth can be pointed out on the basis of medical examination, he sworn an affidavit before the executive magistrate of Bhuaneswar stating his original date of birth as per horoscope. He does know yet, on which concept his father was admitted him by reducing his date of birth for one year, or why the original date of birth was not mentioned. Latter on he came to know that in earlier days, parents are not so interested to give education their children in rural areas except some high dignitaries or for the job purposes ages are reduced or approximate dates and years are mentioned during admissions in the entry schools. Even schools teachers were not giving importance towards original date of birth. It may also be said that there was no concept of the office of birth and registration offices.
