Introduction
[edit]Hello, My name is Sahib Singh, I am a CJPP[1] (Criminal Justice and Public Policy) major at the University of Guelph, this will hopefully be my last semester at this University. I am currently enrolled in 6 classes this semester their are all DE classes. The goal is to graduate with honors and begin looking for a job in the field of Criminal Justice.
Personal Life
[edit]I have injured my self in my first semester, I was climbing of a truck and I decided the quickest way down would have been to jump of the truck, so I did, and I was right, but it revealed to be a big mistake. This mistake has haunted me to this very day, what I did not realize is that when I jumped there were tires on the floor near the area I was jumping to, it caused me to land awkwardly and essentially my knee popped out. Me being me, every time I recovered well enough to start walking, I would do something asinine that would eventually send me back to the hospital and ruin all the progress I make. So three surgeries later, I have made a lot of progress and hope to continue the progress and try to stop myself from performing less than intelligent stunts.
Education and Academic Career
[edit]I attended Highschool at Harold M. Brathwaite Secondary School located in Brampton, Ontario[2] , and enrolled my self at the University of Guelph for my undergraduate degree. I am also considering doing a Masters in Public Policy or Criminology. These two specific fields hold a great deal of interest to me and I really do enjoy studying them.
Hobbies
[edit]In order to pass some of my down time when recovering, I had picked up a couple of hobbies:
- Gaming
- Some More Gaming
- Watching movies
- Gaming some more
- Sleeping
I know they are not exactly exciting hobbies, but many people give gaming a bad image[3] , but it is actually very interesting. It is a unique way of telling a story that puts you in control of the characters. The story telling mixed with the feeling that one is control of another life can often present a well needed break from ones own misery.
Interesting games I have picked up
