'A Captain Scull' is an alcoholic beverage comprised of tequila, tonic, and lime juice. It is made by mixing one part tequila with two parts tonic water and adding lime wedges to taste. A sweeter variation substitutes Rose's lime juice for the lime wedges. It is named for a character in Larry McMurtry's 'Comanche Moon' with whom the drink shares a mixed Yankee and Mexican history.
