STAR NATIONS

Star Nations Alliance (“Star Nations”) is an interdimensional alliance serving the needs of all levels of existential forms and qualifications in the Technoverse (the technological universe). Its three (3) guiding principles of non-interference, protection of life and the enabling of free will, among other cosmic laws, are part of all their activities, interactions and exchanges. Technoverse n. the technological universe upon which all existences are entrenched.

It is important to distinguish the appropriate differences between previous amounts of disinformation, propagandized by various human factions (covert, secretive, undisclosed, classified, above government) looking out for their own interests, and the true nature of this interstellar organization. Sometimes mistakenly referred to as a “Galactic Federation” in the past, or as well, being associated with a number of rogue nonhuman (alien) groups on planet Earth. Misinterpretations have been cumbersome, mostly since Star Nations was never given a proper chance to express its views directly or its views were misunderstood.

Star Nations, as an alliance of a myriad of interstellar cultures, has been in existence for billions of years, as measured on Earth. The idea of measuring time is mostly a human convention and temporal scales mostly do not exist in other dimensions. Star Nations has a presence in many dimensions, and it is seen that most humans are unaware of other dimensions, certainly very few experts can speak in the mainstream about other dimensions without being chastised or disbelieved. All members are star persons with a foundational understanding and acceptance of the basic cosmic principles including the overcoming of the ego.

Central Nonhuman Cultures

The central cultures interacting with humankind consist of three representative races: the upright and moral Reptoid Race (an advanced culture of humanoid reptiles), the ever-present and dutiful Zetan People (a compassionate culture made up of many variations and qualities) and the spiritual and infinite-minded Mantoid Race (similar to a “praying mantis” but much taller). These three peoples have had the most extensive contact with humankind since antiquity (including what is referred to as “Old Egypt”). Many humanesque races (attractive and intelligent “human-like” cultures) are also present and interspersed around the world, whether in human cities or in isolated areas.

Human interaction

Star Nations members work invisibly, and have done so for some time, due to the level of human awareness and the rampant societal oppression. It is noted that the mainstream are largely unaware that other life-forms are about. The representatives of nations, such as Presidents and Military Agencies, had decided to protect humanity from having any knowledge of Star Nations, and then went about to spread negativity and disinformation to ensure that no one looked at nonhumans seriously.

The widespread press blackout of Star Nations, despite cooperative agreements in place including the full disclosure of nonhumans on Earth, has forced the alliance to work behind the scenes to ensure that this Earth plane received its proper support and maintenance in order to facilitate its all-important transition from biological to technological awareness. Despite continued military-grade interference, Star Nations has maintained its course of action and remains dedicated to humankind’s evolution.

Genetic Manipulation

The process of ascending a ready civilization necessitates genetic manipulation and Star Nations has routinely taken individuals, and groups, aboard ships or in complexes and reformulated their genetic make-up so as to widen the dimensional complexity of the human species. These “takings” generally referred to as “abductions” have been met with mixed feelings, but mostly negative experiencers have voiced their opinions loudly and publicly while positive exchanges have remained subdued.

The range of genetic alterations has been complex, for example, human embryos have been extracted, adjusted and reinserted, or, have been put into synthetic mothers who then produced hybridized offspring. These offspring were later reinserted into a human family, as sort of an adoption. In each case, Star Nations members act with permission from an individual, though the weight of permission varies according to dimensional quality. In other words, being conscious of what you wished for in an earlier life is not always clear to the individual but it is clear to an enlightened and high-functioning being. Confusion, fear and disinformation is rampant in the abduction cases, rightly so, since all of the details are routinely suppressed and not in the mainstream for proper discussion. Star Nations members are egoless cultures and maintain that they would never purposely harm another existence.

Star Nations High Council

The major decisions made by Star Nations are done so through a very elaborate, multicultural and multidimensional Council of members who represent their particular culture. The High Councillors rarely make a visit to Earth. High Councillor Talessian El-Wikosian has volunteered to represent Star Nations on Earth at this time. As a scientist and technologist, he is leading a new level of cooperation and interaction with human societies during the transitional stages of this civilization. Talessian organizes his own day to day operations, maintains daily contact with other nonhuman officers, and is in regular contact with the senior Councillors.

Earth Councillor Dr. Richard Boylan represents the voice, character and needs of humans, in general. Councillor Boylan is the only human with a presence on the Star Nations High Council and was hand-picked after a very rigorous process.

Current situation

Star Nations must maintain a higher level of security (than normal) since the current stream of Earth Rulers (Illuminati, Secret Societies, Cabal) do not like the presence of nonhuman cultures in their oppressive environment. Members are routinely persecuted, sometimes captured and even tortured.

Star Nations High Council

The High Council oversees Existential Progression and monitors all significant events. A full and accurate representation of multidimensional cultures makes up the Council as their efforts span many realms of existence, extrusion and interpretation. Star Nations does not operate on linear timescales and the High Council maintains a temporal-free dialectical process. Advisers and Councillors provide the necessary details of the particular realm, terrain or space to make the most reasonable and balanced strategic decision.

Localized ground-based Councillors (corporeal and noncorporeal) work closely with humans and provide in-depth analysis and observation on the growth and development of human culture including the formative sciences, technological innovation, associations to belief (esp. in regards to religion), geopolitical directions, connections to the reality in question (namely Earth), spiritual determinism and readiness of people in regards to the real and actual presence of nonhuman, transdimensional cultures living on or near Earth.

Operations

While it does, like most blacklisted and persecuted organizations, serve invisibly and humbly, it also must maintain a level of secrecy due to covert paramilitary groups dedicated to attacking members, bases and operations. As star beings, all members have varying competencies in thought communications, and or have access to other forms of nonverbal, inaudible communications (eg telepathy).

Interstellar cultures

An interstellar culture is a race of beings originating from outside or nearby Earth. There are a myriad of nonhuman races across the universe, including civilizations originating from other dimensions. These realmular cultures are often included in interstellar cultures mostly because of the level of current human understanding and the massive amount of disinformation everywhere. Each culture has its own uniqueness and peculiarity, for example one culture may use plasma as a source of construction material while another may have gills and live underwater. No culture is better or worse in this sense. There is a tremendous variety of life offplanet.

Star Nations Cooperation

With the signing of the April 14, 1964 Agreement between Star Nations and four (4) Earth Nations – USA, USSR, PRC, Council of Europe – it was understood that humans would imminently meet with nonhumans. Knowledge, ideas and technology was shared with these governments, all of it cloaked under broad secrecy for the purpose of protecting the population, and Star Nations members were able to do their dedicated service without the previous aggressive interference.

Prior to the agreement, the various human military departments found it necessary to attack the efforts of nonhumans, citing the interests of national security and a preliminary meeting took place on December 12, 1961. The promise of a “full disclosure” by the human representatives was never realized and patience was not enough to achieve a goal that was not in the interest of corrupt elitists.

On September 29, 2005, the 1964 Agreement was cancelled due to rampant abuses, and Star Nations was no longer under the same obligations and restrictions as before. Star Nations is responsible for all movement and action on the plane, in conjunction with localized Councillors. Human culture and progress is closely monitored (and observed) due mostly to the volatile nature of human leaders and secret cults who act in a manner that is destructive, careless, egotistical and could lead to disaster. If a created or scheduled disaster is perceived to be beyond the capacity of humans, then an intervention will be enacted to protect the people and to minimize the damage.

Till now, none of these efforts were recognized and Star Nations did not go out of its way to explain because it operates on an egoless manner, making public claims is an ego act. Plus, under the previous inter-relationship with human representatives, all intervention and cooperation was known by those insiders who did not have any interest in making the efforts of Star Nations public. This also led to a population completely unaware of what was happening in the shadows and, along with rampant disinformation, interfered with Star Nations’ involvement with on the ground individuals.

On the Ground

Star Nations provides training and skill development for those who are capable and interested. The curriculum is structured for the individual according to their talents, whether their talent is known to them or not. Many people are trained as children, on Motherships and in other facilities, in order to prepare and strengthen their internal systems. Since most students are afraid of their interstellar cousins and are unsure of their own acceptance of themselves, many training programs are met with resistance, even violent aggression on the part of the student. This strains the training program unnecessarily and provides fuel for the disinformation officers.

Testing the emotional and intellectual power of the individual is just as important as testing their psychokinetic ability. As such, a training program may seem unusual in its process since the student is being tested at many levels, including dreams, alternate viewing and spiritual attachments. It is difficult to hide results as the trainer can read mental impressions, doing so to gauge how far to push a student without causing harm.

Starkind

There are many cultures that fill the known and unknown universe, and the members of Star Nations, better regarded as “Starkind,” rather than as “aliens”, “extra-terrestrials”, “extra-terrestrial biological entities”, or “ETs”. Films and self-appointed experts typically use derogatory references such as “alien” to sell the concept of a human monster that must be destroyed making the celebrity live up to their superficial title. But, Starkind is generally thousands (or millions) of years ahead of human civilization, and while that level of culture is hard to perceive, it causes a lot of cross-cultural miscommunication.

There are no aliens as Star Nations members; there is no such thing as “evil” and there are no plans for an invasion of Earth, to any stretch of the imagination. These, and more, are strategic concoctions to distance humanity from their true origins; so far this strategy has convinced most people to remain sceptical, in disbelief and filled with doubt and mistrust. With so much disinformation and without balanced public discussion, Star Nations has had to take extra action to conceal itself and to explain their benevolent intentions.

Councillors on the ground can be present in many forms, including, but not limited to, human or creature (corporeal), and plasma (noncorporeal). This is because Councillors originate from different cultures themselves and choose to serve in the function they choose to serve. Service is honourable duty to the betterment of another existence, such as humankind. Interstellar views

It is known by Star Nations that many significant events on Earth are orchestrated, on purpose, in order to oppress a populace or to redirect their thoughts. This has been a recurring pattern and the main method by which humans are kept enslaved, for people are unable to accept the fact that a deadly event would have been conjured by their very leaders, hidden or not.

For example, the event on September 11, 2001 was orchestrated in order to immerse the American nation into war and to distract it from other awakenings, such as the meeting of Starkind. The attacks were designed to shock and block the internal workings of the body, to delay ascension, the very efforts against Star Nations. Hurricane Katrina was generated as a distraction as well. It is true that the Secret Rulers of Earth are not concerned with any limits to their greed and maliciousness.

Secret Rulers

The direct opposition of Star Nations has many names such as “Illuminati”, “Secret Societies” or “Cabal” but a newer term is “Secret Rulers” since they effectively rule Earth in secret. Civilians are unable to make the leap and therefore cannot accept the fact there exist a Cult that is vehemently working against them, as a father attacking his wife and child, ruthlessly. The wife and child continue in denial and justification, fearing the cost of admitting the psychotic nature of someone they love so dearly.

The Secret Rulers have multiple resources including ample funds and subterranean military installations, even science labs, with which to monitor, attack and manipulate Earth citizens 24/7, 365 days a year. And to do so in secret.

Governments are controlled by the Secret Rulers, they decide who wins an election, for example. With so much at stake, the entire world is fixed, but done so in such as way that it appears normal and entertaining.

Councillors

Councillor of the Arvic Forms

High Councillor Talessian Na'mor El-Wikosian, representing the Arvic Forms (a culture of energy existences), is a nondimensional traveler and reality scientist on Earth. He is on the ground, maintaining basic contact with those who are interested and has been doing so since his awakening in December 2005. Councillor Talessian is a Canadian who was raised as a human (under a previous name) before becoming aware of his Stelan pedigree.

“Humanity is not alone, has never been alone and will never be alone.”

Talessian has maintained his position that Earth is a plane of existence and not a planet as is generally perceived. Professing that reality is manufactured has created credibility as well as scepticism, and his following is tiny, or second-hand, as a result. His position on god is that “god is a code.”

“In space, there are no white-bearded old men.”

While most people, if not majority, believe that the UFO Cover-up was put in place to cover-up the existence of advanced life-forms, Talessian insists that covering up spacemen and their spaceships is to cover the truth that reality is a technological construct. “In the first sense, with advanced life-forms, humanity could accept a new culture. In the second sense, humanity would have to dramatically change all the values they hold so dear and admit their addiction to illusions,” says the Arvic Councillor.

Earth Councillor

In 2005, at that time of transition for Star Nations and Human Nations, a representative of humans was brought forth and the position of Earth Councillor was opened. Dr. Richard Boylan, a behavioural scientist and well-respected in the UFO Community, was selected to be the only human to have a presence on the Star Nations High Council.

The Future

Star Nations is currently, and has been doing so for many decades, collaborating with a wide spectrum of individuals, experts and groups in order to prepare humanity, as a whole, and in general, for the realized presence of nonhumans (aka starmen and starwomen). These benevolent actions continue in earnest despite paramilitary aggression, censorship, persecution, deception and disinformation because humanity wants to know the truth about their origins. It is because humanity, on many levels of perception, wants to know, and feels ready, that they will soon know. It is against Star Nations conduct to interfere with the development of a civilization and while many actions were considered as part of a disclosure campaign, members were determined not to intrude where they are not welcome since that would cause too much disruption.

Members also collectively agreed that it is best to wait until humanity is ready, leaving the decision for “Contact” in the hands of humankind, and always being ready for that moment, whenever it was determined to be. Certainly Star Nations is intent on making their presence known and having Stelan as a new culture amidst the multicultural Earth. In the near future, interstellar settlements will be commonplace and this civilization will be welcomed into the galactic family.
