Pure Wrestling Association is an independent Canadian professional wrestling company founded in 2005 and stationed in Ontario.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22]

History

The promotion was founded in 2005 by Jeff Black, Joe Hallem and Mike Becherer and they had the first event on July 22 of the same year. An event later in the year on October 15, 2005 featured a tribute to Candadian professional wrestler and promoter Stu Hart. The promotion had seven events in 2005.[23] The promotion held it's 100th event in 2008.[24] [25][26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45][46][47][48][49]

As of October 2015, PWA is aired on the Canadian network Rogers TV.[50][51]
