This is what this user stands for:
1. Gender-equality. No ifs, ands, buts or maybes. Period. You have an issue with this, it is yours, not mine. Do not let gender-bias color your posts on a scientific issue, or on any issue for that matter, like Broca's blunder: his claim that women had smaller brain sizes compared to men's on account that the women he examined where on average 30-40 years older than his male samples[see source below]. Thus I give an example between scientific and scientistic thinking.
2. Star Wars, this user is a first-generation Star Wars fan, unlike many others. She has been a fan for the past 18 years, read the books, the EU, and was giddy with joy in 1992 when she first heard the rumors of the Star Wars prequels coming out, in spite of her incredulous classmates' assertions that she was a raving lunatic. Who had the last laugh?
3. Anti-censorship. Because the first act of a guilty party is to silence their victim and any attention drawn to the wrongness of their deed.
4. Cooperation, and protest against those who are unwilling to cooperate--hence my posts.
5. Proper documentation in all things, it should not be on wikipedia if it cannot be verifiable by the sources listed.
Some notes: I don't live online, but I do check topics that I am well informed of[that comes with the caveat that I am always learning new things and always willing to share them], and I do post sometimes by my user name and sometimes anonymously, as time permits. I don't write things that are not verifiable either.
Sometimes in my zeal to say something meaningful I will forget about spelling. Please bring it to my attention as a courtesy.
