Sripriya is a bharatanatyam dancer, a theater and film actor based in Bengaluru. Her debut release was kannada feature film Ondu Shikariya Kathe in 2020. Her role as ‘Akku’ garnered special mention and the film won second place in BIFFES kannada category. Her latest release was Hosa Dinachari in 2022, which received great appreciation from the critics and the audience. Placed during the covid pandemic lockdown, Sripriya played the role of ‘nidhi’. Both the films are currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Her next film as lead is 'Moorane Krishnappa" [1] awaiting release. She has worked in various short films like ‘Alarnath’ , ‘Crossroads’ ,’Lottery’ [2] and ‘The Break’[3] Lottery’ was screened at Bengaluru International short film festival and ‘The Break’ at MTV India IFS shorts.
