According to the best suggestion from T.S.Malleswara Prasad ( Social reformer and Political analyst from Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India ) - The Indian people and Indian Central Government must solve many problems and agitations along with the Jammu and Kashmir problem in a single way or Ideal solution. Indian Country has 28 States ( 640 Districts ) and 7 Union Territories ( 20 Districts ). According to the 2011 census the density of the population per kilometer ranges from 1 person (one) in Leh District of Jammu Kashmir to 48,215 persons in Mumbai city. This is based according to the climatic conditions or facilities or any other conditions. Here for the uniform development in INDIA, the present 28 Indian states and 7 Union Territories has to be reformed into the District level states only which rises to total 660 District states and should be according to the present district geological boundaries only. The administration should be in District state wise and as usual by the Central Government. In every District State there will be the District Head quarters as usual. So It will become that District state's Capital. This will arrest the dramatical sequence agitations on the base of their said or supporting reasons and also stops the prolonged decades of agitations followed on the basis of language / traditions / population / development and on many aspects or reasons, which are now in many states. Now watch the following separate state issues in INDIA. They are having prolonged agitations which are obstructing the developments in their areas as well as the total Country. some of they are ... Bodoland, janglasthan or Tharland, Delhi and Pondicherry, Gorkhaland, Harit Pradesh, Kongu Nadu, Koshal, Mithila, North Malabar, Purvanchal, Telangana, Tulu Nadu, Vidarbha, Vindhya Pradesh, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Anga Pradesh, Awadh state, Bhojpuri state, Braj Pradesh, Gondwana state, Kamtapur, Karaikal, Mithila or Mithilanchal, Saurashtra, Andhra, Seemaandhra. Coastal Andhra, Rayalseema, Dhandakaranya state, and also many Autonomous regions in India are demanding for their separate States. And also there are various MOST Important dangerous separatist movements in India, mainly in the north-east and north-west of the country. There have been 8 secessionist movements namely Khalistan, Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh. The most high profile separatist actions have been in Kashmir, with the assumption that the Muslim majority Kashmir Valley would join Pakistan or become independent, but the Hindu majority Jammu and Buddhist majority Ladakh would stay in India. In some areas they have their separate Laws and codes. They will not follow Indian Laws eventhough they belong to India. This is not acceptable for India at any place and at any point of view. Accepting more states in india or separatist movements in this way creates more complications in every aspect in the Indian economy. And will be prolonged to get political benefits among the selfish political people, which ultimately declines majority developments in their agitated areas and also every part of the country. Decentralizing in this District wise way i.e., 660 district states according to the present districts, the Administration will be very simple and will not be complicated for the both 660 State Governments and Central Government. After forming 660 District states, the Central Government can solve any kind of agitation in a simple and systematic way. This solves the division of states as per language/religion/population/traditions and many.. |
