CEBV and systemic candida: Would treatment plans be the same or similar, or have an inverse relationship which would make the management or cure of these conditions difficult at best?

I have both and am getting holistic ozone treatments for the CEBV. I am also taking supplements to support my organs and launching an attack at the cellular level. I was first on a long course of Lamisil but now I am on Fluconazole for the systemic candida. The ozone is helping push the CEBV into remission but that appears to make the candida flare. I know that this could be a Herx response but its gone on for months. I have a compromised immune system due to several autoimmune disorders. Advice or comments are very much in need. Thanks to all who may share here.
