Wind Rose

First paragraph doesn't give a good summary of the wind rose. The history section is long and has more content than other aspects. It doesn't mention how they are created (met towers) It doesn't mention many of the disciplines that use them (wind, radiation fallout).

Needs more sources, eg for wind rose graph
