Little Solsbury Hill (also known as Sololsbury Hill) is a small flat hill with a fort of Iron Iron hill. It is located above the town of Bethlehemaston in Somerset, England. The hill rises to a height of 625 meters (191 m) above the Avon River, just a mile south, and offers a view of the city of Bath and its surroundings. It is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. https://www.solsburyhill.org/ The hill is one of the many sites of the Battle of Badon and reflects the remains of a medieval field plan. Part of the hill was carved in the 19th century. In 1930, it was acquired by the National Trust. The hill was inspired by Peter Gabriel's song "Solsbury Hill", which was recorded in 1977. A small turf labyrinth was cut off at the terrorist site during the 1994 A46 expansion.
