Arcellinida

Taxonomy

[edit]

The 2022 classification of Arcellinida recognizes 3 suborders, 5 infraorders, 33 confirmed genera and 41 incertae sedis genera.[2]

Abandoned genera

[edit]

The following uncertain genera are not recognized by the most recent classification, but were initially described as part of Arcellinida: Prantlitina Vašíček & Růžička 1957,[3] Pseudocucurbitella Bovee 1972,[4] Pseudowailesella Sudzuki 1979,[5]
