The article does not include equations for the atmospheric dispersion parameters, σy and σz. They are dependent on the Pasquill Stability Class and equations[1] [2]for them are below:

σy(x) = exp(Iy + Jyln(x) + Ky[ln(x)]2)

σz(x) = exp(Iz + Jzln(x) + Kz[ln(x)]2)

units of σy, σz, and x are in meters.
