James Sitarz (August 10, 1942 – September 2, 2017) was a Minneapolis native who helped run Prospect Foundry started by his father, Stanley Sitarz. A brother, father, uncle, and grandfather, "Jim" lived in New Brighton, MN after graduating from De La Salle high school in Minneapolis.
