[edit]Presbyterian Historical Society (Nov. 2014-May 2015)
- Selected and scanned about 1,000 pre-1923 postcards from their collections
- Uploaded the images to Commons
- Placed them in various lists and articles on Wikipedia, and wrote articles which used the images.
GLAM Cafe Philadelphia (2013-present)
- Monthly meetings and edit-a-thons held in conjunction with Philadelphia's Digital Humanities Project
- Meetings held at Chemical Heritage Foundation, University of Pennsylvania Libraries, Temple University, the Library Company of Philadelphia, with one-time meetings at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Philadelphia Center for Architecture
- At edit-a-thons I work during the speaker's introductory talk answering individual questions and helping new editors register accounts and learn basic Wiki mark-up. As the edit-a-thon progress, I help new editors start their own articles, often formatting or adding references. If time permits, I edit my own articles.

Why you can't hire me I'm proud to be a Wikipedia volunteer and would be happy to help your GLAM institution collaborate with Wikipedia. Since I am happily retired, I would be quite interested and willing to work with you without pay. If you'd like to pay somebody to be a Wikipedian-in-Residence, you should use the money to hire somebody who is younger and needs the experience to help start a career.
