Jean Chatburn was an American film actress active for a short period during the 1930s. Her best-known performance is as Mary Lou in The Great Ziegfeld.
Personal life
[edit]Chatburn was married twice: firstly in 1936 to Frank Orsatti[1], whom she divorced in 1939, marrying her second husband, the golfer Dick Metz, later that same year[2]. Chatburn and Metz were married for 54 years, until his declining health compelled Metz to take his own life in May 1993. The couple had two sons and a daughter.
Chatburn died on 18 July 2007 from cancer.
