●Growing up
He grew up with his parents in Makhaza, Khayelitsha after he was born in 2000, then in 2003 His parents brought a house in eNkanini nd that's where he grew up with his old Brother Anathi, He Started School at the age of 6 years in Kuyasa primary in 2006 nd 2007 he went in eastern cape middledrift Village where he studied his second grade in Dikidikana Primary School, 2008 he came back to his momma nd studied at Ludwe Ngamlana until his high school years.In high school (Siphamandla SSS) that's when he started mixing himself with the Wrong people where he Started smoking in 2014 nd caught fighting with other boys nd his parents we're so worried that he'd die nd he stated that he was even a robber where they would take everything they wanted he was in a gang Called GOD BLESS which is working together with ROTTO Gang, nd he lost some of his friends, those he grew up with nd they all changed and focused on their careers, some of them never changed.3-4Times Masimbonge was stabbed by others but he said he's not a gangstar no more,

● Music history
Slim started rapping at the age of 14, being inspired by most local rappers.2014 was the year he started releasing his tracks, at the time he was with the named famous Crew known as (FMC), but others Quited rapping nd he started going solo. His first Solo Track is "I hope niyandfilla" which was produced by DJ Rheezla , he was 15 then it became a hit around Khayelitsha. Then he came back with another banger titled "SHONA PHANTSI", nd it didn't work out as he thought it would be. He never lost his hope he started features on 2017 with Stoner on a track "iRhaQey Yam" nd it went viral but he was only lacking shows to perform, then he was featured by DJ Rheezla on another one titled "Ghetto" alongside Mr Haykabi, hyper da king and Hleskow.2018 he was signed under the independent record label "VYPER MUSUC PRODUCTION"which is founded by one of his friends Vyper.
