I'm everybody's Slickdeejay, this is the name that most of my classmates call me.
The "deejay" came from "DJ", a sign of my admiration for radio disc jockeys in the Philippines for their hospitable attitude and their way to captivate radio listeners.
My real name is quite long, so mentioning it would mean forever. I'm currently a student taking up Information Technology. That means I'm exposed to computers and technology. (Well, prettty much, actually)
I was once a writer for newsletters and campus newspapers during my much younger years. I say "much younger", because I'm old now, and I'm feeling it...
Right now, I'm planning to have a job. Thing is, I'm given a lot of job opportunities here in the Philippines. I don't know what to do about it. I still need to pursue my studies...
I'm also an active member of the Youth sector. I became an officer of our parish's youth council just a few months ago. Handling people my age is kinda tough, because I have never become such. I'm hoping that I may be able to lead the youth in our community to the right path, towards God.
Hopefully, if time would permit, I would like to write an article about a famous choir/chorale group in our place, also a notable one in the Philippines. Since the said chorale group had joined a lot of prestigious competitions and events in the past, that chorale group is considered the "The Madrigal Singers of our place." I want the whole world to know that there's such another group that is as great as the former.
