Musicals 4 Young Audiences new article content ... Musicals 4 Young Audiences is a theatrical licensing company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded by composer/lyricist Gary Rue in 2012, it contains the works of 14 topically and ethnically diverse regional playwrights. Works by these playwrights include traditional children's classics ("The Tale of Peter Rabbit", "The Nightingale"), world-view ("Anansi the Trickster Spider", "Cassie the Crab and Rosita the Island Girl"), historical ("Young Lindy", "Buried Treasure At Old Fort Snelling") and celebration of diversity ("The Rainbow Crow", "The Lion's Share: Somali Folk Tales").
