Appearance
The goal of the Body Positive Movement is to help people become comfortable with their own bodies. Specifically with how they look.[1] Rather than focusing on how a person perceives their flaws based on cultural norms, a body positive view seeks to redefine human beauty in a broader sense by focusing on each body's assets.[2]
