I think the lead is off to a good started because it makes it clear on what the page is about and it begins to mention what some of the body paragraphs will go into. I would just try and make sure the lead at least mentions all the major sections later on in the page. The references are off to a good start being in alphabetical order, but I would add more as you begin to work on the body paragraphs. This will make the body paragraphs easier to create. Also, make sure you are citing inside the page as well as you are typing. So far the tone of the article is balanced as well.
