HITIMANA Samuel is a Rwandan born 22/09/1993 a son of Mugarura Jean and Musabende Illuminee. Is a farmer and farmers advisor.

HITIMANA Samuel attended high school at Groupe scolaire Muhura where he studied Physics ,Mathematics and Chemistry. 2014_2021 he attended the University of Rwanda where he graduated with Bachelor in Agriculture Mechanization and Master in Soil and water Engineering both under School of Agriculture Engineering.

Prior to his university studies and graduation, he worked with governmental and non governmental organizations in field of Agriculture while driving technologies in dairy activies,soil-water-crop engineering, value chain and soil and water conservation.
