Eden World Builder
Eden is a game for iphone, ipod touch, and ipad. It was developed by Kingly Games and released on December 6th 2010.
The game
[edit]Eden has been compared to games such minecraft, Infiniminer and Blockland[1]. In the Game players must place blocks to make structures such as buildings and trees. There is no aim of the game so players cannot win, lose or die. Eden has two options for a new world: Flat or Normal (Normal being a world with hills, trees and holes). There is no gravity[2] so objects can be made to float. There is also the option to upload your world or download other players worlds[3].
Blocks
[edit]There are 24 blocks in Eden and 4 ramps. Blocks include Grass, flowers, stone, TNT tree, tree leaves, trampoline, ladder, wood, ice, water and fire. All blocks are static [4]. TNT can blow holes in any other block if used with the fire button [5]. Blocks can be coloured any colour with the colouring tool.
Reception
[edit]Eden was given a four star review by ifans.com [6]. It has reached an average of four and a half stars rating on the app store [7]
