Archive Previous Submission Pages

Once a month is complete, you need to archive the previous month's submission page. Do this by creating a page at Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Contest/Submissions/{USERNAME}/{MONTH} {YEAR}. For example: Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Contest/Submissions/SidewinderX/December 2009. Copy and paste the users current submissions page (found at [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Aviation/Contest/Submissions/{USERNAME}]]) to this new archive page, and then clear their active submissions page of any old entries.

Notification

Once you clear their submissions, it is good practice to notify the user on their user talk page once this is done. A sample message is provided below.

Hi {USERNAME}! This note is to inform you that your Aviation Contest submissions page has been archived from the previous round! You are now free to add submissions for this round! Note: This next round will run from January through February, so feel free to update your submission page with work from both months! Thanks, and happy editing! (Note: I will not be watching this space. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at the Contest discussion page.)
