Born in Lumding, Hojai District, Assam. Shahnawaz Ullah is an Alumni from Don Bosco where he had completed his 10th. He later came down to Guwahati to pursue his further studies at Faculty Higher Secondary School and then further continued to the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya.

He was active from his College Days himself and indulged himself in Various College fest like the Largest College Fest of Northeast called the NEGC or the Northeastern Graduate Congress held at the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya. From an Early Age Shahnawaz was indulged in various independent Social Welfare Work and Animal Welfare Work.

Career Shahnawaz's Initial career started from selling a 4th hand car during his college days where he and his partner Hrishikesh profited a Whopping Amount of 78,000 on a one-day deal. Nawaz was overwhelmed by this and he tried the car business again but failed abruptly. Later after a year during the late 2018 Nawaz had enrolled for the National Health Resource Repository(NHRR) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoFHW), Govt. of India in the Nagaon and Hojai District of Assam. Later he was promoted as the District Coordinator for the Programme. He was then appointed by Voluntary Association for Social Upliftment (VASU)` as the District Manager/Supervisor for 12 Districts of Assam. After a Year of Work, Nawaz Had joined the National Family Health Survey(NFHS) Phase V, a door-to-door household survey, conducted by the International Institute of Population Sciences (IIPS) for the State of Mizoram. The Ministry Vendor to the Project was IQVIA, formerly Quintiles and IMS Health, Inc., is an American multinational company serving the combined industries of health information technology and clinical research. After his tenure got over Nawaz Returned back to Guwahati and joined the NHRR Project as a supervisor in many states like Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and some other states of PAN India. Later after a year, he joined Synergist Management System(SMS) as the Liason Officer and Project Manager. But his Tenure with SMS was a bogus one. Nawaz literally hated his time off work at SMS.

After a lot of hardships, he had been appointed as the Regional Project Manager for a 40+ year organization from Karnataka named the BVT "Bharathiya Vikas Trust". He had taken in charge of two states Assam and Manipur where he currently focuses on scaling up Green Livelihood Solutions through the help of SELCO Foundation, Tata Trust, and other Clean Energy Enterprises from the Region.

Nawaz believes in the Sustainable Development Goal and wants to help out each and every economically backward end-users who are facing hardships in their daily Livelihood. Nawaz also believes that with the support from Selco Foundation and Tata Trust.

Over his few years of current active career, Nawaz believes he could reach out to each and every needy people and help them make a livelihood even in the toughest Scenarios.
