'Prof. Shivraj Motegaonkar Sir RCC PATTERN LATUR M.Sc Chemistry -Gold Medalist SET/NET- JRF Qualified DRDO Qualified GATE Qualified BARC Qualified TIFR Qualified Prof. Shivraj Motegaonkar is a passionate man committed to teaching and students’ success. He is a Gold Medalist in Chemistry from (University??) and has qualified various national level entrance exams like SET/NET- JRF, DRDO, GATE, BARC and TIFR.

In 2003, he started Renukai Chemistry Classes and has since, witnessed a laborious journey through time. He started his journey from a very humble beginning by taking home tuitions to reach to today, where he runs a hugely successful institute which has pioneered entrance exam coaching and helps numerous students achieve their dreams.

Motegaonkar classes were the first to arrive in Latur and pioneered the famous Latur Pattern. Since then, we never looked back. Due to his consistent efforts and commitment, Motegaonkar sir’s students achieved great success in 2014, two of his students were toppers in MHT-CET. Since then, every year students have successfully topped various state and national level exams, and RCC’s name has become synonymous with success in national entrance exams.

Through his hard work and dedication, Motegaonkar sir has placed Latur on the global map as a center of excellence for quality education.

Motegaonkar sir feels that poor students must get an equal opportunity to show their talent and contribute to the nation’s growth. Inspired by his own tale of hard work and success, RCC has awarded scholarships to about 2000 hardworking students from poor families. There are instances when Motegaonkar sir has helped students from underprivileged background by paying their fees so that they get a chance to unleash their talent and show their true potential.

Even today, he devotes maximum time for students, as teaching is his passion. He believes that teaching is not just a vocation but a lifetime of dedication to achieve greater knowledge. He believes that a student needs the right guidance and support to be successful in this competitive world, and when the foundation of learning is strong, nothing is difficult!
