Shyman Shaizo new article content ... Michelo Siandolo Siavwapa (Born July 2nd 1984) better known for his stage names Shyman Shaizo or Shyman is a Zambian singer, songwriter and Co-producer. He is the CEO of his own Recording Company called Bantu Music Productions. He gained international recognition after the release of his hit song "Fendela Fenduze" in 2008[1]

Music Career

Shyman started his music career at the age of 8 when his father introduced him to the trumpet but it was not until his high school days in the southern province where Shyman Shaizo formed his own choir. He got inspired at the age of 13 to professionally pursue music as a career after mimicking songs of Chamanyazi, Nasty D and JK in the 90's. He worked as a back up vocalist for a group called kamaflag for almost five years. In the year 2008 reggae/ dancehall artist Petersen Zagaze gave him a hand and together with him recorded his fist song titled "Fendela Fenduze". This song became an instant hit introducing him to the people of Zambia and abroad. This hit song took him to perform on major stages in countries like Mozambique, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa. Throughout his career he has managed to collaborate with the like of B Flow, Exile, Roberto, the late P jay etc.[2]
