Personal Biography Shaun Bock resides in Huntersville, North Carolina with his Fiancé, Blair, and their two dogs, Bynx and Cali. Shaun graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 2020 in Administration and currently serves as a Leasing Administrator. His undergraduate degree was earned from East Carolina University in 2014 as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, where he minored in Administration. Shaun has a passion and a love for others around him and loves to spread positivity and joy through everything that he does.

Work Biography Shaun Bock has made a name for himself in the commercial real estate domain. He currently serves as the leasing administrator in the property management industry in Cornelius, North Carolina. Shaun is responsible for all phases of commercial leases but serves to oversee the legal components and managerial processes regarding lease management. Shaun communicates with all-new, existing, and previous tenants to maintain communication logs and collect rent payments, late charges, and accrued penalties. Shaun’s responsibilities also include contacting local attorneys to pursue eviction proceedings of tenants whom are delinquent as per their lease agreements. Shaun serves as a liaison between landlord / property owners and tenants to ensure compliance standards are met and exceeded to their standards. Shaun serves as the main budgetary process component of various properties and oversees direct accounting through accounts payable and reconciliation standards.
