I am new to Wki and understand that under the rules dealing with Conflict of interest,COI, that I need to make some kind of Declaration dealing with the page on the (new 2007) Federal Courthouse in Natchez, Mississippi. I have a vested interest in the history of the World War I (1914-1918) monument that is on the facade of the former nineteenth-century Greek Revival auditorium. The monument is mentioned in my Masters in History Thesis "Lost cause to lost generation : World War I, and the African-American troops from Adams County, Mississippi" 2008.
