My biography (in brief):

I was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia. My family still lives there.

I attended University of Missouri–Rolla, I obtained a degree in electrical engineering.

My first job was with a private firm in St. Louis. I worked there for 3 years until I was offered a better-paying job with the federal government near Washington, DC. I have worked with the agency for 12 years and gotten 4 promotions during that time.

My work is top secret. I can tell family and friends the name of the agency I work for, but I can't post it publicly here or on any other internet site. I cannot discuss the nature of my work or edit any related articles.

Some of my interests include pop culture, politics, and music.

I am half-black, half-white. My mother is African-American. My father is a Romanian immigrant to the United States. I have family in Romania and I go visit them sometimes. Romania is one of several countries I have been to.

I am a single mother. I have a son from a marriage I had that lasted less than 2 years. He is 15 now. My husband was abusive and I divorced him. I got full custody. My ex-husband married someone else in St. Louis. I am not in touch with him and I don't know what happened to him.

My son goes to a private school and gets good grades. He wants to be a nuclear physicist.

I lived with another man for 6 years but never married him or had children with him. He was nice to me and never abused me. I wanted to marry him, but we broke up because he had to move overseas for his job, and I couldn't go. We are still in touch and hope to get back together some day when circumstances allow.
