Shai, Shconda Lambert is an American and Native American entrepreneur and business woman. She is late twenties to thirty. She grew up in a diversified family. She is best know for her contributions to the trillion dollar health care industry, modeling, and entertainment. She has made efforts to open her own hospital/clinic in the heart of downtown Shreveport LA during a global pandemic to help with the relief in America. She is reaching uncharted success as a young lady and business woman.

Shai is said to be of African American, Asian, and Native American decent (mulatto, or mixed race). Her ancestors are from the southeast region of the united States. She was partially raised in predominately Asian, Ethiopian, and Native American communities in Washington State as well as in the SE of America. Her late grandmother Alvin Lambert is related to the late Joe Jackson and his children two well known Michael and Janet Jackson.
