My first article (this is funny & kind of amazing) & The Progress of Wikipedia
[edit]Way back in August of 2003, when Wikipedia was still a baby really, I submitted my first article, it for a Zelda game for Game Boy Color, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. I encourage you check out what it looks like now for comparison's sake -- it's actually now a featured article! Now, if you check out the history of that article, the very first version of it, which I made as an IP because I didn't have an account yet, well, you'll probably laugh - which is okay! I've copied it below so you don't have to dig it up. Anyway, when I looked at it today, I did find it hilarious... that was my attempt at making something "serious-sounding"... the formatting, the words, it speaks for itself I guess. It shows you how far Wikipedia has come! (And also how far I have come, too, I guess... :) ).
Here's a copy of the original version of that article... no, there was no formatting. This was it.
Also known as "OoS".
