LSAI Bigay-Tama (Lightning Scientific Arnis International)

is a term used to describe an Eskrima / Arnis De Mano play, it is primarily for conditioning, reflex, coordination and strenght developement. Once compeleted the basic course it will give the practitioner a sense of confidence and surety to overcome any obstacles. It has four level of play is are as follows:

    1. Solo Baston (single stick)

    2. Doble Baston (Double stick)

    3. Baston y daga right-handed

    4. Baston y daga left-handed
