I created this account May 26th, 2015, although I've done minor anonymous editing in Wikipedia for years. This summer (2015) I'm hoping to expand the article on Susanne Langer by providing annotated outlines of each of her important books (such as Philosophy in a New Key, her only book to have its own page as of May 26th 2015) and a general summary tying her thought together. The intended result is an expansive article (or several depending on what's best) on Susanne Langer, exploring her thought in that ideal-but-inevitably-impossible-to-find perfect line between breadth and depth. This is kind of an incidental project to my master's thesis in music performance (which is focused on Langer's philosophy), and I think expanding these articles could be both beneficial to Wikipedia for the new content and to myself for the exercise. As part of this effort, I've joined the Philosophy Wikiproject, and the Philosophy of mind task force
